The Wedding Officiant offers different indoor event packages for clients seeking a beautiful and affordable location to plan their special day. The Weddings & Events venue is centrally located in Virginia Beach, VA.
It can accommodate up to 75 guests.

Rates

All bookings can include tables and chairs, if needed.

Custom Event Package for up to 75 Guests

$125 Hourly Mon - Thru 10:00 am - 9:00 pm
$150 Hourly Fri- Sun 11:00 am - 11:00 pm

  • Guest Count: This package is designed for up to 75 guests. The guest count is discussed and agreed upon on the contract. If the guest count changes from the agreed-upon number, there will be an adjustment in the package price.

  • Includes -  2 hours for setup and  Breakdown time.

  • Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Rehearsal Dinners Social Gatherings, Celebration of Life, Art Gala, Corporate Events and more. 

  • Tables & Chairs

  • Guest Count: This package is designed for 25 -50 guests. The guest count is discussed and agreed upon on the contract. If the guest count changes from the agreed-upon number, there will be an adjustment in the package price.

  • 3 Hour Appointment: Includes 30 minutes in the Dressing Suite before the Ceremony (dressing room is locked and off-limits during events), then 2.5 hour for ceremony starts promptly on time,  photos after your ceremony and cocktail hour. 

  • Ceremony by Licensed ordained, non-denominational Minister Anna Castillo-Lora.

  • Already decorated space for ceremony 

  • Use of silk bouquets

  • Process of Marriage License: *You must obtain your own Marriage License

  • 3 Hour Appointment: Includes 15 minutes in the dressing suite 15-minute ceremony 30 minutes for photos and guest cocktail time 2-hour reception. 

  • Ceremony by Licensed ordained, non-denominational Minister Anna Castillo-Lora.

  • Already decorated space for ceremony 

  • Use of silk bouquets

  • Process of Marriage License: *You must obtain your own Marriage License

  • Music to walk - choose your songs to walk.

  • Package Inclusions:  Tablecloths (White or Black) Color runner (subject by availability) Glass dinnerware (Plates, water glass and champagne glass) Real utensils (fork, knife, dessert fork)

  • 8 Hour Appointment: Includes 2 hours in the Dressing Suite before the Ceremony (dressing room is locked and off-limits during events), Decorating time, Ceremony starts promptly on time, 1 Hour Cocktail, 4 Reception and 1 hour breakdown.

  • Ceremony by Licensed ordained, non-denominational Minister Anna Castillo-Lora.

  • Decoration You bring your own decorator. 

  • Use of silk bouquets

  • Process of Marriage License: *You must obtain your own Marriage License

  • Music to walk - choose your songs to walk.
