Service Description

The Private Rvent Package is at the Wedding & Events Venue, this packeage is for up to 50 gueat. Up to 6 Hours (Including Setup and Breakdown) for Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Rehearsal Dinners Social Gatherings, Art Gala, Corporate Events and more. Fees are subject to change for National Holidays.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling for events postponed due to inclement weather shall be accommodated whenever possible. Rescheduled events are subject to availability. If your event is postponed at least 90 days prior to the ceremony, any amount paid will be applied toward a future date, retainer fee is not refundable. This Agreement cannot be canceled or modified except in writing by either The Client or by The Wedding Officiant. If cancellation is initiated by the Couple less than 90 days prior to the scheduled wedding date, the full balance will still be due. In the event, the ceremony is canceled due to unforeseen death of either Couple (this clause does not include death of a family member) a refund (minus the retainer fee) will be send by mail (or as arranged) within 30 days of cancellation.
