Service Description

The wedding and Reception package is at the Wedding & Events Venue, this packeage is for up to 50 gueat. Up to 8 Hours (Including Set up and Breakdown) that Includes up to 2 hour in dressing suite prior to ceremony start time, music to walk, ceremony and photo time and 1 hour cocktail, 4 hous reception and 1 hour breakdown. Processing of all required wedding documents and custom “keepsake” certificate of marriage. Fees are subject to change for National Holidays.


Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT TERMS: 1. A (non-refundable) retainer fee is required to reserve a date and is due upon signing. Your retainer amount will be applied toward the officiant fee. 2. Service fee: The services requested be client. 3. Rehearsal fee (if applicable) there is no guarantee that the Officiant will be available for your rehearsal until the date and time have been confirmed by both parties. 4. Full balance will be due one (1) month before the day of the wedding ceremony payable by cash, credit card (visa, MC & Amex). RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION Rescheduling for events postponed due to inclement weather shall be accommodated whenever possible. Rescheduled events are subject to availability. If your ceremony is postponed at least 90 days prior to the ceremony, any amount paid will be applied toward a future date, retainer fee is not refundable. This Agreement cannot be cancelled or modified except in writing by either the client or by the Officiant. If cancellation is initiated by the client less than 90 days prior to the scheduled wedding date, the full balance will still be due to the Officiant. In the event, the event is cancelled due to unforeseen death a refund (minus the retainer fee) will be send by mail (or as arranged) within 60 days of cancellation. EVENT INSURANCE: Weddings & Events requires Event Insurance for all events. Client must obtain and provide a copy to the client 10 days prior to their event. This type of insurance policy safeguards your investment in a specific event. Event insurance provides coverage in case you need to cancel your event unexpectedly or if you're held responsible for property damage or injuries that occur during your event. It offers financial protection and peace of mind, ensuring that unforeseen circumstances don't derail your plans or leave you facing significant liabilities. You can obtain event insurance through Eventsured at www.eventsured.com. AN EVENT ORGANIZER FOR ALL EVENTS IS RECOMMENDED OR PLANNER TO COORDINATE THE FLOW OF THE EVENT. Weddings & Events will provide a coordinator for all events, and this service will incur a fee starting at $300. EVENT START AND END TIME event rental time will start and end at the specified time requested by client on the contract. This includes the set up and break down time. Any additional time will must be approved by the Weddings & Events manager. Any delays in vacating the venue will be an additional $100 hourly charge. DRESSING ROOM SUITE AVAILABILITY:
