Vow Renewal or Reaffirmation Ceremony
Service Description
Vow renewal or reaffirmation is a ceremony to celebrate your anniversary and enhance your marriage or civil commitment. Service includes virtual or in-person “get-to-know-you” meetings to plan the ceremony. You can share your story to customize your ceremony script as you envision it. Additional ceremony Sand Ceremony, Handfasting, Jumping the Broom, Unity Cross, and more. Also included is a custom “keepsake” Vow Renewal Certificate. Fees are subject to change for National Holidays. Travel Fees (round trip) 10 - 30 Miles = $25.00 31 - 50 Miles = $50.00 51 - 70 Miles = $75.00 71 - 100 Miles = $100.00 Travels over 100 miles will be calculated at $0.60 per round trip miles.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling for events postponed due to inclement weather shall be accommodated whenever possible. Rescheduled events are subject to availability. If your event is postponed at least 90 days prior to the ceremony, any amount paid will be applied toward a future date, retainer fee is not refundable. This Agreement cannot be canceled or modified except in writing by either The Client or by The Wedding Officiant. If cancellation is initiated by the Couple less than 90 days prior to the scheduled wedding date, the full balance will still be due. In the event, the ceremony is canceled due to unforeseen death of either Couple (this clause does not include death of a family member) a refund (minus the retainer fee) will be send by mail (or as arranged) within 30 days of cancellation.
