Starting at $2,700 for up to 20 Guests Sunrise – Sunset An elegant and intimate outdoor wedding experience designed for couples who desire a beautifully styled ceremony surrounded by nature. Perfect for beach ceremonies, park weddings, and romantic destination-style celebrations throughout Hampton Roads. Package Includes: • Outdoor ceremony setup at your selected beach or park location (Permit may be required depending on location.) • Ceremony for the couple and up to 20 guests • Professional Wedding Planner & Day-Of Coordinator • Ceremony officiated by Anna Castillo, Licensed Ordained Non-Denominational Minister Includes: • Elegant decorated wedding arch accented with fabric and floral décor • 20 white ceremony chairs with natural-tone sashes • Aisle décor styling • Personalized ceremony music selections • Delivery, setup, breakdown, and aisle raking service • Chilled bottled water station with ice tub Professional Photography Coverage • Up to 2 hours of coverage • 125 professionally edited high-resolution images • Online gallery delivery Ceremony Timing • This package includes a 1-hour ceremony appointment. Ceremonies begin promptly at the scheduled time. Marriage License • Couples are responsible for obtaining their own valid marriage license prior to the ceremony date. Travel Fees (round trip) 10 - 30 Miles = $25.00 31 - 50 Miles = $50.00 51 - 70 Miles = $75.00 71 - 100 Miles = $100.00




















Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling for events postponed due to inclement weather shall be accommodated whenever possible. Rescheduled events are subject to availability. If your event is postponed at least 90 days prior to the ceremony, any amount paid will be applied toward a future date, retainer fee is not refundable. This Agreement cannot be canceled or modified except in writing by either The Client or by The Wedding Officiant. If cancellation is initiated by the Couple less than 90 days prior to the scheduled wedding date, the full balance will still be due. In the event, the ceremony is canceled due to unforeseen death of either Couple (this clause does not include death of a family member) a refund (minus the retainer fee) will be send by mail (or as arranged) within 30 days of cancellation.
