Service Description
Enjoy a Free 15-Minute Photo Session! Join us for a professional photo session with one of our volunteer photographers on December 14, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Weddings & Event Venue (4356 Holland Road, Suite 101). - Arrive dressed and ready for your session. - Sign up online to select your preferred time. - Limit: one session per group. - Up to 7 or less per group (No Pet Allow) - Receive by email 2 professionally edited photos one (1) week after session!
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Time Slots: - Sessions are available from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. - Each session lasts for 15 minutes. Please sign up online using the provided link and select your preferred time slot. - Time slots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrival and Preparedness: - Participants must arrive dressed and ready for their session. at least 5 minutes before their scheduled time. - Late arrivals may forfeit their time slot and will not be guaranteed a reschedule due to the event's limited availability. Cancellations: - If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another participant. Use of Photos: - By participating in this session, you agree to allow the event organizers to use your photos for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing. Privacy of Contact Information: - Your contact information will only be used for communication regarding your session. - We respect your privacy and will not share or sell your information to third parties. Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Tipping: - Tipping is welcome and greatly appreciated, though not required.
