The Wedding Officiant is offering a 60 minute Elopement Event where couples and up to 10 guest can exchange vows and tie the knot in a beautiful, intimate setting. Our stunning wedding venue provides the perfect backdrop for a romantic and unforgettable ceremony. Let us take care of all the details so you can focus on each other. Contact us now to reserve your spot and make this Valentine's Day one to remember. Includes a Wedding Ceremony, Champagne Toast, Cake Cutting, Photo backdrop, Marriage license processing, and a custom "keepsake" certificate of marriage. Photographer is available by request and additional fee. Book by January 31st.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Time Slots: - Sessions are available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. - Each session lasts for 60 minutes. Please sign up online using the provided link and select your preferred time slot. - Time slots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. - A (non-refundable) retainer fee is required to reserve a date and is due upon signing. Your retainer amount will be applied toward the officiant fee. - Full and non-refundable balance is due two (2) weeks prior to the event date. Payments can be made via cash, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Failure to submit final payment by the due date will result in forfeiture of both the reserved date and deposit. Arrival and Preparedness: - Participants must arrive dressed and ready for their session. at least 1 minutes before their scheduled time. - Late arrivals may forfeit their time slot and will not be guaranteed a reschedule due to the event's limited availability. Cancellations: - If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another participant. Use of Photos: - By participating in this session, you agree to allow the event organizers to use your photos for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing. Privacy of Contact Information: - Your contact information will only be used for communication regarding your session. - We respect your privacy and will not share or sell your information to third parties. Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Tipping: - Tipping is welcome and greatly appreciated, though not required.
